Printed maps are available at the 2nd floor service desk at the Owosso Library.  

All ages are invited to drop in and make some fun and cute Halloween crafts. 

Licensed Social Worker Robin Drury will help individuals in need of social services including Medicaid, DHS, housing, Veterans benefits, and more.  This program is free and confidential.  To make an appointment:  989-288-3743
