The Elevator at the Owosso Library will be unavailable on Monday, April 20, 2026 until approximately 12 noon. Standard inspection and load testing will be taking place at that time. We apologize for the inconvenience and welcome patrons who are not able to enter without the elevator to call (989) 725-5134 and library staff will be glad to assist you by bringing materials out to the parking lot for you.
