Want to learn about making your own sourdough bread?
 
Join us at the library as Tara breaks down the basics of sourdough baking  She will focus on food safety during fermentation, baking, and storage. 
 
Tara will provide a tried and true recipe for successfully baking your first batch of sourdough bread.  
 
Register to take home your own starter, or join us to listen and learn.
