Learn how you can preserve Michigan's bountiful produce with Tara Hovis, MSU Extension Food Safety Educator.  Tara will present the best food preservation practices including canning tomatoes, jams, and jellies, freezing corn and beans, and dehydrating herbs.  

Bring your questions and come early if you need your pressure canner gauge tested.
